Bridges

Compatible applications for moving HND and Hundred Finance asset tokens between networks

PreviousMulti-Chain ImplementationNextSupplying Assets

Last updated 2 years ago

One of Hundred Finance’s key contributions to the cryptocurrency space is its multi-chain deployment. Bridges are necessary infrastructure that allow for the transfer of tokens across these chains. Assets deposited into Hundred Finance, as well as the HND native token, are able to cross these bridges, allowing for the movement of capital to those chains on which there is greater demand for their use and, as a result, higher interest rates available to those who supply liquidity.

Note: It should be understood that Hundred Finance is not responsible for operating token bridges. As such, any bridge-specific questions or issues should be directed towards the bridge operators themselves.

HND Token Bridges

Multichain (previously known as AnySwap)

is a decentralized cross-chain swap protocol that can be enabled on any blockchain. It supports native swaps and also acts as a multichain router. The HND token and other assets on the platform are integrated with Multichain in order to allow their efficient movement between the Ethereum mainnet, Arbitrum, Fantom Opera, Harmony One, Moonriver, Optimism, Gnosis and Polygon.

Chain-based Token Bridges

Arbitrum Bridge

allows users to transfer Ethereum and other supported ERC20 tokens from the mainnet to the L2 network. In an estimated 10-30 minutes, users can be transacting on Arbitrum and earning interest on their compatible assets at a fraction of what it would cost to do the same on Ethereum.

Optimism Gateway

The is a token bridge that uses the same underlying technology as Optimism itself. As such, while transactions to Optimism take in the order of minutes, transfers back to mainnet can take between seven and ten days.

xDAI Bridge

The is used to move and convert assets between the Ethereum mainnet and the Gnosis Chain, converting Dai into xDai. Once converted, xDai is used as a native token (for transactions as well as transaction fees). The bridge uses smart contracts to process transfers, and a group of validators confirm bridge transactions.

Polygon Bridge

The allows users to quickly transfer ERC tokens and NFTs to the Polygon sidechain. There are primarily two bridges on Polygon, the Proof of Stake (PoS) Bridge and the Plasma Bridge, with Plasma being used predominantly when greater security is required.

Third-party Token Bridges

Synapse

Hop

xPollinate

is a cross-chain protocol powering frictionless interoperability between blockchains by providing efficient bridges and swaps between L1s, sidechains and L2s. With a focus on stablecoins and ETH-pegged assets, Synapse powers integral blockchain activities needed in cross-chain functionality.

is a scalable rollup-to-rollup general token bridge. It allows users to send tokens from one rollup to another almost immediately without having to wait for the rollup’s challenge period.

is a seamless cross-chain bridge to bridge stablecoins (USDC, USDT, DAI), WBTC and WETH between multiple blockchains including: Binance Smart Chain. Polygon. xDAI. Fantom.
